Mummy in N Ro...is he gone?

There used to be a mummy in N Ro who only spawned at midnight on every zillionth moon or something like that. I have been living in EQ for almost 6 years now and have only encountered him once....I desperately want the ring that he drops...if only because I spend so much time looking for him when I am in that area. 1.) Does anyone know or remember his name? 2.) Does he still spawn? 3.) If he still spawns how in the heck do I find him?

Quick question is have you look over at allakhazams? They have some decent bestiary information, it'd be worth a shot.
