Reporting Cheats

Other than the on-line /report function, is there any other way to report someone who is using a cheat program?

When you /report you always want to send a /petition as well. I've been told by a GM that no one looks at the /reports unless someone sends a petition and tells them the name to look for. Given that it can take a while to get an answer to a petition, I'd stuff as much information as possible into that petition in case you're offline when they get to it. And if the cheater goes offline at least they'll know what to watch for in the future.
