I am a college student and I have a summer job.
I moved across the country for this job.
I'm not even getting paid well for it.
I'm here til January.
This is my hell.
The least they could do is install the highspeed into my apartment like they promised so i can play eq. *sniff*

I'm entirely positive I could not live with anything that's not better than dialup. I barely even watch TV anymore, but we have cable tv, b/c we need it to get cable internet : p. And ohhhh I get my use out of it. *wring wring wring*

many huggles and comfort... but hey, on the plus side, be glad you have a job. Job = incoming money = way to pay for EQ, and the highspeed when you get it. ^__^

Go get a wireless internet connection and beg for unlimted access.

Only problem with that is I'd need the wireless internet to be set up by the phone company. Too bad the phone company around here is owned by my employer. They have WAY too much frickin power. It's kinda scary.

As an update, things are starting to do better as I actually found *GASP!* a manager that cares. *DOUBLE GASP!!*
