Since my father has had both a heart attack and a quadruple bypass, this struck too close to home for me to consider it funny. I did however find it extremely ironic.Comment

Irony is not always funny, often times it is tragic..but that doesn't take the ironic factor away from it. Perhaps the biggest irony is that he died soon after approving the decision to remove the "super size" menu items from the menu =/ Some compassion might not hurt

However, the only word Noish used was 'joke'. Hence, leading me to believe he intended humor, not irony.
