Possibly the single most spectacular change in the Lucy files from the test server:

Summon Wine (on Test server)
03-06 00:45 - Changed Slot 1 from "Summon Item: Elemental Bracelet of the Prime" to "Summon Item: Elven Wine"

According to Lucy, Summon Wine on the live servers currently summons the bracer!

Yeah, I did notice that, but could you imagine the consequences? Random newbie mage heads to the Queen of Thorns and finds one of the quests there.
