    Happy news

    I am, at best, an infrequent poster; life keeps rearing its ugly head even while I try and participate in EQ and the TS boards. But I wanted to at least pass on this good news:

    My wife and I (both of us play EQ) are the new proud parents of a wee bairn named Sophia. She was born at 9:43 am PST on January 10th, 2004 at 7 lbs even and 21 inches long. And this is our first.

                              Thank you all for the kind wishes, humor and general "woot"ing.

                              Sophia will *not* be joining EQ any time soon in any form. She's still too busy eating, sleeping and pooping.

                              This does put my 6th shawl work on hold, but it's all for a greater cause. Truth be told, a lot of priorities have shifted in my life lately.
