    useless skill mods

    Ok, this may bring up a touchy subject and I hope this thread does not go awry and get locked because of it.

    I was looking on Lucy for a range item for my new cleric alt I am in the process of making. I found this interesting item:

    Do you suppose that SoE will change the skill mod on it now that it is a moot point? Are there any/many more items that have useless skill mods on them that need/should be changed?

    light crawler atena or something like that. has either sense heading mod or true north charges. forget which.

      I wouldn't put money on SOE thinking about the SH mod items out there. I would /feedback this and let them know that you feel the mod should be changed to something else, since SH is equal for all now. Normally, I would suggest it would mod over 200, except that I do not think there is any point in a >200 mod, since at 200 I never fail. But feedback it, let them know these things are out there and should be changed.

        I would think the expectation would be removal of the mod rather than changing it to something useful.... after all, skills are not all created equal.

          think it should be +20% to alteration now. its the skill that helps with ports after all.
