It's stored in your EQ directory as EQ000000.jpg

And you really need to learn to reply to old threads and NOT start new ones. It gets annoying quickly.

        C:\Program Files\Everquest
        C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest
        C:\Program Files\Sony\Everquest Trilogy

        are directories to look for.

If you can't find it that way, and you use a desktop icon to start EQ, right click on the icon, look for properties and the path should be visible in "target" or "start in directory."

And there may even be a "Find Target" button you can click on that will put you right into the EQ directory.
