how do i stop getting email notifications when i post? i have turned off everything that even hints at e-mail cept for hiding it. dont mind ppl e mailing me so i dont want to do that. getting a lot of spam that really doens't need to be generated though as i check the boards regularly.

user cp -> edit options -> "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" No
Other than that, when posting, make sure the checkbox "Email Notification: emails sent to you whenever someone replies. Only registered users are eligible." is unchecked.
Can also check after you reach the end of a page of a thread - there should be a "Subscribe to this Thread" link. If you're getting email notification, that should instead be an "Unsubscribe" link of somesort.

Unsubscribe will also be in your User CP area for anything you have subscribed too.
Do you also want your email to be public? I note that your email is "visible to others"
It also looks like any thread where you had it set on, you will have to go back and edit your post to turn off email notification. May take some work... but you should be able to kill it all. Or just deal with it until that thread dies like almost all threads do eventually

k thanks. didn't want email off in case someone wanted to send me something. made a fletching guide that i am wanting feedback on if nothing else. thanks again. found the unsubscribe. did it to all that were current.
