  • Let Sony know how you feel!

    We are customers of Sony... as a customer we have the right and responsibility to let our merchant know how we feel.

    Many people have been posting here in the various forums about problems, complains and suggestions. These need to be emailed to Sony. Daily, weekly or monthly until either they make a requested change.

    Go to http://www.station.sony.com/en/services/help/help.jsp select Contact Support, click on Everquest GM Contact, login and list your complaint, suggestion or comment.

    It is time, I feel that WE make ourselves heard to Sony and not just each other.

    If you want a tradeskill economy that is profitable to the tradeskillers then let Sony know. If you want better communications then start by letting Sony know. If you want to complain... then let Sony know.

    Except for the GMs can do very little for the complaints and people have. /bug and /feedback are much more effective as they go to the right people.

      Moving this to /OOC.

      Note: EQ Traders is not a petition spawning-ground, do do we support "complaint drives."

      Sony has provided you with the /feedback command in-game (yes, they DO read it), and the feeback email address. Not to mention they have their own message boards.

      Please post there, or use those contacts means to get any feeback to SoE, not EQ Traders.
