Um, not to be picky....

But if our poor friend fishboy has REMAPPED his numpad - key to something else like auto-attack....

To SET which key (and alternate key) to take a screenshot go to the options window (alt o) unless you've remapped that, and go to the "keyboard" tab, then use the pull down menu for UI (user interface keys) and find "Take a screenshot" which will show the keys used by you. If both are blank... hehe.

I'd SUGGEST in strong terms making (numpad -) and (alt numpad -) to be the two keys. (If you do not, then you can't take a screenshot while holding down ALT to make labels appear, which is wonderful for showing, for example, that you have all the items for a combine. Won't work as proof to a GM if something goes wrong, but it's nice for "me wall" screenshots. "Woot, here goes the combine for my Tradeskill Trophy")

Oh, also note, that each EQ screenshot defaults to a bitmap. A rather LARGE bitmap. Like over 2 megs. If you take a lot of screenshots consider saving them as JPEGS to save a ton of space. (Not to mention the fact that anyone you send your pictures to will be seriously annoyed if you send them bitmaps.)
