  • Hello everyone!

Hello everyone! I've been a long time fan of this site and just joined the board today. I'm from Al'Kabor, so you know what that means. Yes I play on a Mac, and yes- this game is brand new to me. But I consider myself lucky ! I get EQ with 4 expansions as my first experience! /sigh, I do wish that the PoP would've been optional or something. I think the PoK takes a lot of fun out of the game. But enough of my yappin, I have some questions for you well-seasoned adventurers out there. I saw that some of you went to the Chicago fan fair and I was wondering if the Mac version was ever brought up. Any plans to bring LoY or LDoN out to the Mac version? And what about the pathetic (lack of) marketing for the Mac version? But most importantly, the thing that's been on my mind the most lately , are there any plans to bring EQII to the Macintosh, or will we have to wait 4 years again? Thanks for your input!

Guess no one likes a Mac user on other EQ boards. I'll just go home then...

There aren't many people here who know much about Sony's marketing plans or developments plans for the Macintosh, sorry.

Me personally, I like my Mac.

Thanks for your replies! I just wasn't sure if the Mac version came up at all at the Fan Faire. It's nice to know that the PC crowd isn't as anti-mac as it used to be.

We like the people, just not the machines.

So long as you're not one of the "I'm a mac user , and hence know better then you about everything" people, then you probably won't find too many of the "PCs are the only real computers, and you're a gimp" people.

            Nice to meet you.
