ok hey anyone know any good sites to download emulators for old Nintendo/Sega systems? I used to play them all the time but now I can't find any. Well post if you know anything.

    Thanks

I know of a few, but I am not sure of what the policy is, as Emulation is a very touchy subject.

Pending approval from a Mod, I'll join in with some helpful hints.

The tricky thing with these is that as soon as a site gets well known it gets shut down. So, by definition you are very unlikely to find a "good site". I have a friend who used to find them by doing searches on an hourly basis for chunks of time here and there. Even at that rate it sometimes took him weeks to find a search result that hadn't already been shut down.

Yeah, lets go ahead and watch the illegal stuff.

If you OWN the machine, and OWN teh game you want to emulate on your PC, it is legal, otherwise it is not.

So lets not put any public links here.

You could always do a google search for nes emulators, you can usually find tons of sites for them then.

Personally, I prefer emulators for the Atari 2600.

                      Intellivision

My parents still have an old Intellivision game system with about 80 games scrounged up from garage sales and flea markets. As far as I know, it's still working too, although it's not been plugged in for years.
