  • Info on new spells....

    Hail all!

If you go over to Lucy and click on the "395 Changes on Live" you will see a lot of the new spells being added for LDoN. Like Rangers are getting a group SoW w/ Ultravision, but the SoW is a max 30% increase rather then a 55% even at level 65. Just wanted to give the heads up, enjoy.

That new SoW (Actually, Spirit of the Shrew) is also INDOORS castable. There is both a single target and a group version

They also had a couple on test that got my interest, being a druid, will have to see, weightless mist, a shorter lev, and mist of wolf, an only 16 minute sow at lvl 39

Not sure the point of that one, as lvl 14 sow lasts 36 minutes.

Test stuff is always in flux, so who knows what will make it in and what won't? The new spells might only be for test purposes, as was the case with a hybrid classes only spell that appeared for a while with an odd name, and a snare component (made a bunch of paladins really happy, though).

At any rate, Mist of the Wolf is currently listed as a group SoW, although Pack Spirit is available at the same level, and does the same thing for the same amount of mana, but for over twice the duration.

        Go figure.

As of today, Mist of the Wolf was changed quite a bit, and is no longer listed as a class spell.

Anyone want to wager a guess that a lot of the new spells that have been showing up on Lucy lately are going to be effects added by augmentation?

The lesser focus effects are a good example IMHO.
