A RL friend (he is 3 years youger then me) just got bumped by his GF of 8 months on Wed and he is really bumd about it, Despite what he says he is taking it pretty hard because and the only thing i could tell him is this,...

Man that's ruff but i know how it is. sometimes it seams like the better you treat a girl the less she cares about you i have had some bad ones



my first real GF told here i would be at her house on Val Day so after my truck stopped working like 2 days before Val Day i took 3 buses to get to her. and there is a NOTE ON HER ****ING DOOR saying she is braking up with me but she wants to be "friends" and me being what i thought was in love thought sure i will be friends and win her back ,..LOL. she was also one of them i don't want to have sex until im married girls wich was fine by me I was 100% cool with it. then she sends me an e-mail about how happy she is that she lost her virginity to her new bf knowing full well i still liked her,..Soooo i kinda sent her DAD that e-mail ,....what can i say DON'T **** with my feelings ,..LOL



the other one that comes to mind is a X that dumped me for being to cutiesy (is that even a word?) and for being to willing to do stuff for here to go back out with her X bf that use to HIT her and call her {names - Ngreth}



The last one is when i took one of my Xs to Niagara Falls for a 3 day weekend for a 6 month anniversary after she said she had never been and had awes wanted to go, then getting dumped the next weekend because "things are not working out"



i really don't know what's the matter with some woman but just hang in there and you will find a great one like i did you just have to go through some bad ones so you know how good you have it when you do find the right one. I know its no fun to get hurt but just hang in there Bud and im sure you will find the right one.

Well I at lest made him smerk at my dating storys and had him say " ya your right I know i will find the right one someday and at lest i have not had the kinda luck you had with your Xs " then he asked me what advice i could give him for his next GF?!? so here is some stuff i have learned in the short time i have been dating.



Don't get in to a relation ship for sex they never work out get in to a relationship for the emotional companion ship.



Take thing slow and don't rush anything its best to let things happen then to force thing to happen its better in the long run.



DON'T lie that will awes come back to bite you in the ass.



don't be nice to her to try and get something out of it be nice to her because that how you would want her to treat you and because it the only way you should ever treat a woman/girl



There is never a need to yell and scream at each other because you should be aboul to sit and talk about what ever and come to some kinda compromise because a relation ship is about give and take


now that i look at it i really dont know that much about woman wich brings me to this question ---- What do men really know about woman and dating --- from what i can tell NOT MUCH ,..LOL

While I support your message, and have horror stories of my own about the evils that women inflict on the ones they claim to care for, I must say that I found your message extremely difficult to read.

But the best advice I can give the guys who ask me for advice seems to be, in your words :

True. Most women I know can't wait to go back to their abusive, unemployed, alcoholic boyfriends.

If I ever figure out how to be a total jerk to women, and stop caring, I'll be a total hit with the ladies.

And you know what? A lot of women are screwed up. I'm female and _I_ certainly never went for any men who hit me, called me names or cheated on me. I'm perfectly happy with my husband who loves me deeply and would never think of treating me poorly.

Some people are just screwed up about relationships.

Sorry. I let this go, but with these 2 responses I have changed my mind.

THough this is an OOC thread.... This topic has too many sensative points, generalities and such, and can lead to too many bad feelings.
