    Denmother on Kane Bayle?

    I noticed there is a toon with the name Denmother running around on Kane Bayle.

    I would think it's awesome if EQTC Denmother was playing around on the server, but I somehow doubt that this is the case.

    I think it's rather untastefull for someone to take a well known name like that in use, it might confuse some. If your name was copyrighted he could be forced to have a namechange

    After being run off on several characters, I don't think Niami would pick such an obvious name if she were to return to EverQuest.

      Accept no imitations.

      The real Niami, when she actually used to play (Before the great flood of people harassed her), played on Tunare.

      If she were going to play now, It probably would be under a totally different name that nobody short of Ngreth would know.

        I saw her in the bazaar a few weeks ago, even was a Vah-Shir. I think she even bought some items off my trader.

        I asked, she said she wasn't.

        At least she was honest.

          Not that she plays them. But on almost every server she Reserved her own name. She has never taken Denmother as her FIRST name (she has done it as a surname from time to time...)

            Just putting in 2cp worth of different perspective here. A Cat-like-race character with the name of Denmother might have Role Playing reasons for the name; its not out of place.

            Was She high enough level to have a last name yet? It's also possible that the intent is to have a name where "Denmother" reads as a title...
