Any erudite GM tailor will do.

One doesn't have to be the same diety to sew, just to imbue the stones. Any erudite tailor can buy the imbued stones and sew them into the armor.

I am an Erudite Tailor...

And I use Betterman <Celestis of Truth> for imbuing Black Pearls. He is very helpful but does raid a lot (level 62 Cleric IIRC), so can be hard to catch up with.
