Ogre Smither

I am looking for an ogre smither who can make my cazic-Thule Troll sk some cultural armor. I would get the materials needed to make this armor.

Mimoza's your man He's across the pond though so you might have trouble getting in touch with him depending on your time zone. Believe he's in the guild Academie.

There's at least one other that I know of on Karana if you can't get in touch with Mimoza.
