Well, since three days of looking in-game were a no go, this is the next stop.
I am looking for a Dark Elven Smith to attempt Dark Prince Regent Plate armor. I have all the necessary supplies. I cannot pay much in cash for combines (thats why I usually look for 235-249 skill). I will negotiate agreeable terms though....

I'm not sure about price and depending on what form you bring the materials in, but I believe Cathrilon (DE smith 226 skill +geerlok) will combine them pretty cheap.
