It is, don't remember the name of the vendor off hand though. Picked some up for a non PoP friend one day.

No, I don't believe you can buy drops of mercury anywhere. Only if they're player sold.

What you can buy is Mercuric Ore and have someone with 200+ in poisonmaking combine that with gnomish spirits in a mortar & pestle. That will yield 2 drops of mercury.

The ore is non-stackable and price is around 8pp. Can be purchased from Ciren Darkbog in PoK (loc -130, 1420 - upstairs).

I'll gladly pay 250pp per stack.
