Tome of Miragul - wtb

I am looking to buy a Tome of Miragul so I can try to create that phlyactery thing in the new quest. I have 5 of the other books and most of the sub combines done but i can not start this quest witout this book.

I will pay stupid sums of plat for this book because in SoE's infinate wisdom it doesn't seem to be dropping anymore and my guild hates the hole.

I have about 10kp saved up and will spend it on this book.
