Anyone making elemental chain armor?

Anyone making any Elemental chain armor? I'm looking to buy some Farwater or something similar for my ranger. Anyone have any ideas how much the pieces would go for?

like PoAir, rarely farmed elemental zone with Air being the least so dont expect to see alot of tradeskills drops floating around.

but the chances of my getting ingredients are non-existant

The tempers for most of the elemental chain stuff is so rare its not funny.

I'm somewhat close to having enough for some pofire chain stuff, but I'll probably just save the tempers for some pofire plate stuff, simply because pofire chain sucks.
