Problems getting into EQTraders.com?

I am getting this problem when trying to log into the site:

FORBIDDEN

You don't have permissing to access/ on this server.

Apache/1.3.2 Server at h10011.racknine.com Port 80

This is starting to get very frustrating. Anyone know what's up with this? This has been going on for 2 days now.

Problem fixed. Was DNS issue server side. Fixed now! I'm a happy camper
