I am currently looking for a Dwarven smith, with skill as close to 250 as possible, for some cultural combines. I have all of the items required, and I will gladly pay for a successful combine.
If the smith is interested, I am willing to develop a professional relationship and can promise ten or fifteen more paid combines in the near future. Again, all items will be provided on my dime, right down to the Dwarven Smithy Hammer. I will, of course, pay well for each sucessful combine.
For what it's worth, I will not be reselling the crafted items. I will be wearing them myself, so you need not be worried about being used. =)
