I thought it would be good to put a list of some of the top (i.e 200+) tradeskillers on the server here. I will edit to add more information as I get it.

Nommus (aka Forge) left the server last night, he will be missed.

Fletching is somewhere in the low 170's,
Smiting is in the low 120's
Baking is at 143
Pottery is somewhere around 150.

I don't have exact numbers, since I haven't updated on GuildMagic in a while, and I'm not online now..

I also make Wood Elf cultural arrows, but those aren't cheap!

Newest 200+ Baker on Kane Bayle!

I just finished Ohabah Truffles! I'm proud to be the first 200+ baker to post in this forum.
(Probably not the only 200+ Baker on the server, though.)

I'm also master at some other tradeskills if anyone needs anything. I have the supplies to make Vale sewing kits if any new halfling tailors emerge.

* Edit Keeping skill levels up to date. All with 5% increase items.
