there's no such thing in EQ as Words of Efficiency, and I checked the Research Trophy Quests, none of them require this....

Did you mean Words of Expertise? to make Expertise Etched Swatch? For the Freshman Research Test?

If so, they drop in Old Sebilis off froglok reet ____ and Sebilite Juggernauts, they also drop in Western Wastes and Plane of Mischief and Cazic Thule...

My error. Words of Expertise it is. Been in Seb a couple of times killing plenty of reets and Jugs and no luck as of yet.

Found a couple in the Bazaar. Never did manage to get any to drop in Seb.
