GM or close to it... Erudite Tailor

Is anybody a GM or close to it Erudite tailor.. or know of one for that matter?

I have 2 Robe of the Tempest combines i'd like to have attempted but haven't been able to locate a(n) erudite tailor.

I can't remember the name, but there is a person who sells them regularly in the Bazaar, unless it's always been the same one robe! Might wanna look them up and try to catch them maybe? Just a thought anyways.
