Need Erudite GM tailor (INT Caster), Tempest Robe combine

I have the materials for making a Tempest Robe, maybe even more than one by the time I find someone, but being DE, I cannot do the final combine.

The Erudite GM tailor does not have to be an INT caster to combine the robe.

Any int caster (of any class or race) with high research skill can scribe the required swatch.

The Erudite tailor is only needed for the final combine (because only an Erudite can get the required No Drop pattern).
