WTB ceramic focus item

I'm looking to purchase a ceremic gavel of justice, or at least be made aware of who i should/could be looking for to make me one . Also, the price range i'm looking at would be nice to know, as i'm not the world's richest person. And, anything i could do to lower the price, as i don't really mind farming all that much if it will save me a decent amount. Thanks in advance.

Thanks! i've been trying to solo up the components, but wow are the drops rare. Cleaned the entire tunnel complex twice now without getting a single crystal or alkaline stone. It's really a shame so few people know about this place, i'm betting having a consistant xp group there like their is at the punisher/enforcer spawn would help alot with these items getting into the economy.
