Wish i could fletch cultural =P

I still think being a ranger is more of a culture than being a woodelf =P. Should have given cultural fletching to all rangers (mostly cuz cultural was not a glimmer in anyones eye when the game released and my half elf was born.. was lvl 50+ when it released).

Anyhoo that vented there any xev woodelf fletchers who can make blessed champion arrows? I saw the marketplace forum. But also noticed no one ever goes there. I been lookin high and low for one/some of these since I got endless quiver.
