Looking for picnic basket supplier

At 86 tailoring, my failure rate on picnic baskets makes me want to punch my computer (3 stacks of mandrake makes about 10 successful final combines of baskets).

I'd love to hire a tailor for baskets, I'm looking to pay about 10pp per stack.
