Hidden level restrictions

The skull is level restricted (think its 51) and is currently broke and only works for spells up to 60. But still a nice item.

Fixed Today

The item should be fixed as of today's patch (see Lucy to show the change in spell effect). It also can be wielded in the range slot. If I ever get a spell above 60 that uses affliction, would love to get one of these

I need to do some PLing but this is on the shopping list for my shammy. Just wish there was one for heal or damage.

There is Docc. At least for damage -- the Plane of Storms one has a 23%boost to cold damage. That is the one I would like to get my wee halfling hands on.

Healing will prolly be one of them.

With the higher planes still cut off I would think there is a healing focus in the future like the Ceramic Water Sprinkler of Marr or the Ceramic Shield of Valor would be prime targets for healing focus items in my mind. Too bad these drops can only be obtained by the uber guilds, I sometimes wonder if they even loot the stuff.
