Enchanted Metals

I've noticed in the last few months in the blacksmithing forum that the level requirement for enchanting metals is too high, the mana cost is too high, and that it is impossible to get an enchanter to enchant bricks.

Is this the case on Bertoxx? If so what do most people pay to have bricks enchanted?

Personally I have no problem finding a chanter - but then my other half in RL is a 62 enc.. I have his PC at my place on weekends.. so I use him for any enchants I need.

I usually approach the guildie chanters if hes not available. Very rare I have to pay.
