Making UF cultural armor

I probably miss some fact, but when I try to make the combine for Stalwart Brambleborn Armor as a wood elf I get the message:

This seems correct, but something is wrong. Perhaps you need to know something more in order to combine this.

Components should be correct accoring to the posts in data section here.

My tailoring is 285. Do I need to be at 300 to even attempt this ? Could create the template without problems.

You need to have scribed the book from the cultural recipe vendors in PoK. Which means you will need 300 before they sell the book to you I'm sure.

Correct, you need skill 300 to scribe the book and "Learn" recipe. When you scribe the book the recipe is loaded into your tailoring container. There is no Experiment mode for the stalwart

Thanks... That's what I feared.

Was able to do it with experiment mode on lower tier armor, but obviously that has changed.
