Venerable Reaching Symbols Stats Are Off

Venerable Reaching Symbol of the Skeptic (and indeed all of the venerables) need to have the stats looked at

Cold/Poison/Disease saves are +119 while otehrs are 8/9/10 while the HP/M/END are 10/10/10. Seems like the Saves and the HP/M/END should be swapped.

Where can I find the recipe for the bows themselves?

If not already fixed, this will be fixed with the next patch.
