This is a HUGE project and my hat's off to you (if I wore hats). As someone contemplating a similar migration in my own business site, I am totally impressed by the transition.

One thing I have always learned: no matter what good thing you do, someone will find a way to criticize it. I think some people are unfulfilled unless they can find fault with something good. I'm not stating that I believe the database is perfect -- nothing on earth is perfect -- but it is such a wonderfully organized piece of work and something I sincerely hope is easier for you guys to maintain. Don't let these people's need to find fault get in your way.
