              Does PhBB have the ability to limit new posters?

              On a lot of the boards I visit, they have limited it to 2 posts per day (1 in extreme cases) for people with under 10 posts.

              The legit people posting here for the first time really shouldn't need more than 2 posts per day anyhow, ask a question, comment on the answer etc.

                I disagree... some people stay quite in the background and then a thread comes up that they might want to talk in. Why limit them due to a few bad apples.
