Sorry if the info I need is posted somewhere but I have looked, and looked, and looked )) I just am wondering how you get changed from a visitor, to a hobbiest, to a contributor, etc. and what order they fall in? Also I did find a post talking about post counts? Is this how you move up the ladder? I may be dumb but )))

Yes, it's post counts, but there is no list for everyone to look at.

Titles like mine are the ones given to either moderators (which I am) or to people who have been around forever and/or done really mind boggingly spiffy things.

Oh wow! i'm already a contributor. I have 78 posts, but i never bothered to look at my little thingy before.

haha! what if a thread got started about 'well, Contributor is awarded at 78 posts or less', and someone says, 'i'm a contributor with 60 posts' or soemthing. like we're finding trivials, lol.

yeah. like i have too much time on my hands, too. ^_^
