Updates to the Zone-specific Fishing page

Saltwater Seaweed fished in Timorous Deep is still listed as no-drop. It's now droppable.

Also, the note at the bottom of the page regarding Dulak fishing states, "One is located in a bar, where you can fish through a hole in the ground, but you will be surrounded by a lot of agro mobs." In fact, if you stand between the wall and the hole, you will not aggro the mobs. You can fish in the hole in safety, even without invis. You can cast spells, etc. I think you can sit safely, because I remember switching spells, but I am NOT positive if sitting causes the mobs to aggro. However, it's definitely a safe spot if you're standing.

I'd prefer that they go in the specific forums. While here might catch my attention a bit faster, dropping them into the specific forums lets those who are working on the specific tradeskills know about changes, updates, etc. while it is waiting to get updated on the site.
