Did you ever think about starting a shop though CafeShops.com?

No up front costs, you supply art work, and set your prices.

Really easy to set up and almost no maintenance whatsoever.

Great way to make some easy money to help support the site, and the buyers get something in return (bag, shirt, hat, clock etc..).

I'm putting one up for Rogue's Corner (no artowrk yet, though) and my wife is putting up one for her Malinois (Belgian Shepherd) kennel.
