Mushroom & Egg Vendor

Someone told me he found info on the sight with a name and loc in the new frog city with a mushroom and egg vendor. I went there. It does exist. But...he seems to have a limited supply. I bought 25 mushrooms from him - was trying to buy 7 stacks 'cause my evil friend wanted to get baking to 200 - and he just walked away. I guess he had to go forage more? I sat there waiting for him to come back and it was over 20 minutes before I gave up. I don't know for sure if the total amount he has is 25 or if someone else had bought some and I just got the last 25 but I DO know that he wanders off when you buy him out of something and doesn't come back for 22+ minutes.

I looked all over and couldn't find where he got the info so if this is redundant info I'm sorry. I wanted to stay and sit there to time the respawn so I would have complete info but I had a group waiting for me so I gave up and left after it wasn't a 20 minute respawn.

Edit: Ok, I'm blind. I clicked the link on the news page and found the listing. You might want to add the info that it is right next to the soulbinder since he isn't always at that location or at least that he is only there sometimes. It is right by the zoneline but he wasn't there when I went in and I wandered the zone for quite a while before I found him and then after he wandered off I realized it was where I started and he just hadn't been there.

Unsurprisingly, he forages for a game day and then returns.

He has 10 snake eggs and ~25 mushrooms.

Despawns whenever his eggs or mushrooms are bought out.
72 minute respawn.
