Site won't let me change my password

Tried to change my password, says I have to set a valid birthday first. However, the Birthday field shows a value, but there's no way to change it.

This has happened to me as well. It isn't a huge deal, but it is now a theoretically compromised password, so if my account starts spamming the forums, that's why.

Are you running ad blockers or HTTPS Everywhere? Try disabling them on EQtraders.com for the duration of changing the password, then re-enable once done.

Oddly enough, I want to change my password as well, but it requires me to put in a valid date of birth. And I can't edit the date of birth away from "01-01-1000".

Disabled ad blockers as mentioned, no change, still can't update my password.

It won't let me change the password because my birthdate is invalid. But there's no button or UI element to allow the editing of the (incorrect) date.

Mea culpa. I've been remiss on watching things lately, as life has been ... crazed.

I think birthdates got blown out of the water by a forum software update or something, and that's going to need Ngreth to fix. (And he's not going to have time for it for a while, I suspect. )

BUT: tatanka7th, Nihixul and eepok, I set your birthdays to make you 21 years young, so the COPPA flag won't hit you, and you "should" be able to change them from there.

Let me know if there are further problems.

I just tried to change my password today. No error occurred at all. I guess there's a problem with old accounts? I noticed that your account was made in 2002.

I hope that this can be fixed soon.
