Do you have any control over the ads?

Instead of ads for a flat stomach how about some cooking ads? Something more to do with tradeskills anyways.

I wonder if we could get real ads for Blue diamonds? I bet a few people would click on that.

Google looks at the content of the page being displayed and decides which ad to show. To the best of my knowledge, the only real control EQTraders has is the ability to block individual advertisers (e.g. plat spammers). I suspect that when website owners set up with google they can block particular types of ads (e.g. adult/porn). But for the most part you're in google's world now.
Google also has access to all those cookies you have (from just about any other page that has googles adds too) and uses all that information about you to target ads that are uniquely designed just for you. So if you want to see more jewelry ads, go visit other jewelry sites (that use google ads on their site) or do google searches for jewelry.
