Web Site Problems

I have been looking for some time to see if there are updates being done to the servers.

It appears I cannot get to the links on the search page on the databases.

Recipes > Baking (etc.) > Quick Trivial List is not available giving an error for not being able to connect to SQL servers.

I hope this is the correct place to report this. I would appreciate any feedback, or the correct place to report Web Site problems.

Thankee for the notice. You're right, the site is down. I've poked around a little, but I can't find anything obviously wrong. Ngreth needs to investigate this.

The DenMum's forum is generally a better place for problems with the site. The forum here is for data about the game. If you post in the DenMum's corner, it's more likely to get the attention of the right people faster.

error messages

I am getting mutliple error messages on each page as well as difficulty trying to get to the information I am trying to find.

Ngreth needs to investigate this.

I didn't know Ngreth also worked on the site; I thought he would just poke in here every now and then to answer some tradeskill stuff.

Ngreth is Niami's husband, and Niami owns the site. As such, Ngreth is the head honcho for technical issues, though he tends to avoid most non-technical work unless he's posting with his dev hat on (to prevent any conflicts of interest). The rest of us serve at Niami's pleasure.

And rack nine has decided that their longest term sites do not deserve 24 hour support, like their newer, and less expensive websites.

I sent email which is all I can do. The extent of technical support is to send email to support@racknine.com.

For the short term your best bet will be ask on the boards and see if someone happens to know the answer (no-one may, if it is too specific)
