Elegant Charms- Terms of Use?

Dear EQTraders-

I am a very discouraged potter. I spent weeks skilling up, got my Pottery Mastery to 3, spent half a million plat on ingredients, to make Elegant Charms I saw described here on your website.

After 5 tries I finally made one. And it said 'Gains power for every piece of cultural armor you are wearing'.

My friends, this condition is not in the item info descriptions you have for these charms?

Anyone want to buy an elegant paperweight?

I understand your frustration. However, my first thought when I see a new charm's stats is "what's the condition?" I'd suggest looking any new charm up on lucy and/or alla's to see what the conditional requirement is, if any.

Heh .. pottery sucks

I made 600 of the Elaborate (bah! I keep confusing Elegeant and Elaborate) Charms (on 3 toons, 200 each) to skill up my Pottery trophy (still not done). I was tired of Star Ruby Encrusted Steins. All of the resulting charms went to guild tribute, as I had expected.

My experience is that there is a very limited market for pottery items. I have a couple of gate-home-idols on my seller, but they sell rarely. Because of this, pottery was my 6th TS to max and the trophy is not maxed (unlike the preceding 5). Maybe the new Energiacs will revitalize the pottery market.

Now, fletching .... heh ... is another story. My SK just spent an hour firing off the 1600 arrows my bard made. Can't store them in the bank - no space. Noone buys arrows in the bazaar. The merchants pay a pittance. They don't tribute well. At least I got 20 points of archery skill and killed one (yes one) wooly mammoth. Not one of my 3 highest toons has maxed fletching yet

And what does EQTraders have to do with this?

Nothing in particular, Ngreth, other than the EQtraders site doesn't list contingencies that might affect the stats on the final item.

I don't think it's a huge issue, myself -- I tend to double-check everything against a couple of sites before spending the effort to locate the components.
