A word of advice from a fellow author: You may want to reconsider broadcasting your email address as public. I used to, so that I could help others, but ended up getting an inbox full of either spam or virus-laden emails. <img src="http://www.boomspeed.com/sinuuyanea/dcrazz.gif" alt="Stupid spammers!">

I've never been one to be shy about sharing my real name and email address. I could pontificate about the demonizing effects of anonymity on the internet and how accountability can make you a better person, but I won't. =)

The downside is that every day I get 100 emails, only one or two of which contain actual correspondence. I've set up email rules that filter out most of it, and I just delete the rest. If I'm bored, I'll read the latest variation of the Nigerian scam, which is good for a laugh.

I appreciate your concern, truly. =) It's nice that there are people who give out these kinds of heads-up. But while I agree spam is evil and needs to go away, neither do I get overly worked up about having to spend an extra few seconds hitting "delete" every day.
