I didn't see the rules for eligibility, what or where are they?

What "rules" there are, are in the sticky post here. Basically, it boils down to a random drawing among folks who help with database additions and updates (posting missing recipes or such, or correcting something already in there), and so on. I didn't want to do anything too fancy with a ton of rules and such for these game cards, more just a "thank you" reward for folks who contribute information that helps us improve the site.
