Minor cultural smithing correction

I was browsing the cultural smithing pages in the hopes of finding an easy skillup route when I came across this interesting statement (emphasis added):

Guess what? Same goes for Vah Shir, I am sorry to say. Since vah shir do not follow any deity, apparently they do not have any cultural skills, either. Again, don't shoot the messenger, as while we can whimper and complain all we wish, we have control over VI's decisions.
