Domain registration is cheap, and re-directs are easy to set up. I suspect that many of these "sites" are really just the usual assortment of ne'er-do-wells using new names to scamper around filters and spam-blockers.

Boy, I sure hope your opinion on this matter is true, Ngreth. I definitely didn't mean to take a cheap shot at EverQuest in my previous post. I still enjoy this game a lot and still have tons of things to do in it. I'd hate to see it disappear before I can do some of these things.
