Darkhollow AA problems ????

Any Wizzies out there who CANNOT purchase the Pyromancy AA skill under Dod?? The requirements state Level 59 and 12 Archetype abilities...I meet both of these requirements and cannot purchase this AA??? Any help would be super !!!!
